As a Technical Program Coordinator in an agile IT Infrastructure environment, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of programs of work. You will work with internal technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, external groups, suppliers and other organizations, with a focus on delivery of value to customers, both external and internal. You will have a relentless focus on the customer and use data to inform decision-making. You will be focused on building durable solutions for our customers.

What you will do:
• Drive tactical programs and objectives with existing alignment and scope defined
• Planning, tracking and execution of projects and programs with a focus on regular and timely delivery of value to customers
• Leverage templates, frameworks and processes to develop E2E program plans including coordination of release activities and documentation, ensuring QMS and development process governance, etc.
• Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required
• Clearly communicates facts and insights on program progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues
• Build productive internal and external working relationships with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders
• Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• May assist other Technical Program Managers on larger programs of work
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Combination of education and work experience will be considered
• 2+ years of Project Management experience working directly with multiple agile teams
• Understanding of IT infrastructure projects desired
• Experience managing projects or smaller programs in highly matrixed agile software development cultures while working with two or more teams at a time
• Interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Adept in problem-solving, facilitating decision making and resolving conflict
• Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence required
