As a Technical Program Coordinator in an agile IT Infrastructure environment, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of programs of work. You will work with internal technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, external groups, suppliers and other organizations, with a focus on delivery of value to customers, both external and internal. You will have a relentless focus on the customer and use data to inform decision-making. You will be focused on building durable solutions for our customers.

What you will do:

Drive tactical programs and objectives with existing alignment and scope defined

Planning, tracking and execution of projects and programs with a focus on regular and timely delivery of value to customers

Leverage templates, frameworks and processes to develop E2E program plans including coordination of release activities and documentation, ensuring QMS and development process governance, etc.

Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required

Clearly communicates facts and insights on program progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues

Build productive internal and external working relationships with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders

Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally

May assist other Technical Program Managers on larger programs of work

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Combination of education and work experience will be considered

2+ years of Project Management experience working directly with multiple agile teams

Understanding of IT infrastructure projects desired

Experience managing projects or smaller programs in highly matrixed agile software development cultures while working with two or more teams at a time

Interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding time management and organization skills

Adept in problem-solving, facilitating decision making and resolving conflict

Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence required
