Primary Responsibilities:
  • Verify and correct intercompany infrastructure deliverables tracked, reported, and charged accurately
  • Manage multiple projects daily and ensure timely escalation of issues to leadership with sound judgment
  • Deliver contracted packages of work on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction, managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Plan and coordinate ITES projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet quality standards
  • Drive user acceptance testing and handover to operations
  • Chair project meetings involving clients and suppliers
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships to assist current and future delivery
  • Project Management Experience and ability to apply structured methodologies
  • Project Management Training to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Infrastructure Technology Knowledge across multiple platforms, including:
  • Presentation: IIS.Net, Apache, WebSphere I.H.S
  • Application: .Net, JBOSS, WebSphere Application Server
  • Database: SQL (including mirroring), Oracle (including RAC), DB2 (including HADR), MySQL
  • Operating System/Server: Linux, Windows (virtual/physical)
  • Citrix/VDI/VPN
  • Telephony: Genesys, CX1, Cisco
  • Network: Firewall, Proxy, Security
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of total work experience with 3+ years' experience in IT Project Management
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Project Management: Ability to estimate activities, create and maintain project plans, and monitor/control projects of standard complexity
  • Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Financial Accountability: Responsible for financial impact of owned elements (milestones/subprojects)
  • Communication: Fluent in oral and written English; solid business communication and executive summarization skills
  • Interpersonal: Effective time management, ability to work independently and in teams, solid organizational skills
  • Tool & Software Knowledge:
    • MS Project: Working knowledge
    • Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills including Pivot Tables, Filters, Macros, and Sorting
    • Microsoft Outlook: Proficient in sending/receiving emails, managing folders
    • Microsoft Word: Skilled in creating, editing, and working with tables
    • Internet Explorer: Familiar with addresses, favorites, URLs, and search
    • Microsoft SharePoint: Collaboration, document sharing, and list management
    • ServiceNow: Working knowledge
  • Job Skills:
    • Sound understanding of project management concepts and principles.
    • Ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Developed communication and diplomacy skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage a team of professionals and set objectives.
    • Ability to operate in a learning context with guidance but minimal supervision; escalates issues beyond project boundaries.
