Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports security vulnerability remediation planning and security enhancement requirements related to 3rd party vendor products, collaborating with vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to execute on requirements
- Assist with product patching/upgrades
- Contribute to product tech requirements and product lifecycle discovery
- Documents application change management
- Familiar with industry standard requirements related to data, security, and compliance in an ASC setting
- Ensure optimal performance of applications
- Provide product support according to defined support models, following identified process and workflows related to Issue, Request and Change Management
- Assist with development, review and execution of application test plans as it relates to change management
- Understanding of vendor support models and Master Service Agreement as it relates to SCA for 3rd party vendor products and interfaces
- Assist with remediation of product risk assessments and audit review findings
- Application of ITSM/ITIL standards to deliver consistent practices to achieve service excellence
- Collaborate and Support IT performance improvement initiatives
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or other related field, or Business or other related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting 3rd party vendor applications or implementation of 3rd party vendor solutions in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years developing support documentation, Knowledge articles, and end user job aids
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, leaders and other technical teams to address product technical issues
- Experience using ITSM Tools (i.e., ServiceNow) and ITIL processes
- Driven to understand and learn innovative technologies
- Proven exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently
- Proven collaborative approach with the ability to work on a team or independently
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Healthcare IT supporting 3rd party product/technology solutions

Skills Required
