Job Description

As part of our Technology Transformation it is critical we deliver the right solutions at scale. Reporting into our Programme Director the role will be key to delivering critical workstreams across our Security landscape, driving resolutions of decisions on technology strategy and ensuring the realisation of benefits of the wider programme of work.

Work that matters -What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes across multiple security workstreams.
  • Oversee programme governance, risk management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across all technology and security programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, digital, data, and business units to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure robust technical architecture and infrastructure planning in collaboration with security, enterprise architects, and engineering leads.
  • Monitor and report on programme performance using KPIs and metrics.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation and user adoption of new technologies.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cybersecurity/security and technology workstreams.
  • Facilitate regular programme reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

  • Enterprise Programme Delivery
  • Distributed and Mainframe Experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance in technology programmes.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale technology programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise platform implementations.
