Job Description
Technical Program Manager, III.
The successful candidate will be part of the Integration, Operations, and Supply Chain Solutions programs at TEL Manufacturing and Engineering of America (TMEA). The TMEA factory is the US manufacturing center for Tokyo Electron (TEL) Corporation. This position will be a key contributor in providing support to the TMEA SCS in the areas of strategic supplier management and supplier development.
Responsibilities
Lead critical business initiatives focused on strategic supplier development, supply chain risk mitigation, and value stream improvement projects. Work across functions and levels of the organization to plan, drive, and monitor technical projects to meet fourth factory standards.
- Utilize project management fundamentals to maintain communication and achieve goals
- Partner with critical suppliers, functions and customers to achieve compliant execution
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers to meeting various TMEA Supply Chain initiatives
- Work closely with TEL stakeholders to deploy Risk Management activities supporting current production commitments
- Work closely with Purchasing and Planning teams for seamless cut-in of finished goods in scope of project deliverables.
Typical Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Science or related field required
- Eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience in related field.
- Project Management Professional Certification
Preferred Skills and Education
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading projects using fundamental Project Management practices and tools
- Favorable opinion of expertise with Advanced Project Management methods
- Experience simultaneously leading projects to a successfully conclusion
- Understanding Supply Chain standard practices in Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics
- Knowledgeable of LEAN concepts and considerations in project deliverables
- Familiarity in concepts related to Policy Deployment/Change Acceleration considered valuable
- Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI, MONDAY.com and possessing data analysis/management skills.
- Self-starter, able to seamlessly work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-stake priorities simultaneously without compromising delivery
- Global orientation, team mindset and ability to manage work across time zones.
- Able to work across all levels of the organization
