Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Product Security
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support strategic initiatives across the Security and Product Security organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and track program execution, maintain visibility, streamline collaboration, and support reporting needs for senior and executive leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive about follow-ups and alignment, and has a strong foundation in managing technical programs involving engineering, infrastructure, or security teams.

The Product Security team operates differently. Our function is to build a secure SDLC, uphold quality management objectives, and ensure predictable outcomes for customers, our company, and attackers. We prevent issues from becoming incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Track execution of security initiatives across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain program timelines, status trackers, dashboards, and documentation
- Coordinate deliverables and follow-ups across teams to ensure smooth execution
- Schedule annual audits, coordinate activities across the organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and compliance stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate recurring check-ins, reviews, and syncs to maintain alignment
- Ensure clear communication and documentation across teams
Metrics & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data on program readiness, remediation SLAs, and adoption metrics
- Create concise and actionable reports for leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support preparation for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc program reviews
Operational Support
- Maintain Confluence pages, dashboards, and other collaboration tools
- Ensure program artifacts and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Contribute to process improvements for better tracking and reporting

What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to manage execution and follow-ups across multiple technical workstreams
- Experience working with or around product, engineering, infrastructure, or security teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Security or Product Security domains (e.g., vulnerability management, secure SDLC)
- Experience building program dashboards and reports for leadership
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to work with distributed and global teams
