We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPgM) to support our Application Security team by managing key security programs such as Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations. In this role, you will coordinate across PMO teams, engineering, and leadership to track progress, manage risks, and ensure security standards are met.
Responsibilities- Lead program execution for Application Security initiatives.
- Collaborate with PMO teams to report progress and blockers to Key Results (KRs).
- Set up and facilitate program meetings, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Drive change management and operational ownership for security programs.
- Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Use IQL/SQL and analytical tools to track program metrics and report insights.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and risk management frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management.
- Strong experience in program execution, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Experience in Application Security, security compliance, or risk management.
- Ability to work with PMO teams to drive progress on security initiatives.
- Experience with IQL/SQL and strong analytical skills for data tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in security governance or DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and security frameworks.
- Background in technical documentation and process optimization.
