WellSky is looking for a Technical Program Manager in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro to join our team!
This role requires a candidate with a strong technical background and excellent administrative and organizational skills to collaborate with the entire technology organization in planning, tracking, managing, and successfully completing programs. Support multiple products by managing large-scale application projects and organizational initiatives. These programs may involve large-scale application development, product re-platforming, or organizational process improvements. Responsibilities also include creating program reports tailored for different audiences, ranging from program teams to executive leadership.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Working through project schedules based on defined scope and assigned resources
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and making revisions as needed to keep overall project on time and on budget
- Leveraging existing methods & procedures to facilitate consistent & repeatable results across the project team
- Supporting the Technology Organization in the areas of new hire onboarding, staff training and development, knowledge management and collaboration
- Performing other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years related work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
