About the Technical Program Manager Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join the Stairwell team. This role is perfect for someone with 5 years of experience in complex, data heavy products, who is eager to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help define and deliver innovative security solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP of Engineering to deliver features and infrastructure across Stairwell’s products.
  • Manage alignment and dependencies for complex, cross team engineering efforts.
  • Enable visibility for executive staff on key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Assist in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

Technical Program Manager Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, with a preference for candidates with experience in complex, data-heavy products.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience driving accountability while maintaining a collaborative, supportive culture with engineers
  • Security experience is not required.

Additional Information: Minimum Salary of $180,000 - $200,000+ equity + benefits.
