We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team, reporting to our Manager, Technical Program Management, to lead the delivery and optimization of customer facing, cross organizational programs for CoreWeave’s customers. This individual will take full ownership of these programs, partnering with customers to comprehend demands and timelines, engaging with necessary teams to determine technical requirements and resource allocations, and collaborating with operations to drive seamless execution and support company growth and initiatives. A key aspect of this role is the ability to read and interpret data effectively, providing insights to drive decision-making and improve program performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and build comprehensive plans for delivery programs, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, to guide successful execution and delivery of data centers 
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate program requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives 
  • Collect and analyze project and program data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing program performance
  • Propose and implement data-driven solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including engineering product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful program execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement initiatives based on data insights   
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders in order to drive resolutions and minimize impact
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for program management within the company
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of program objectives, progress, and challenges 
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on utilizing data analysis to drive program optimization
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
  • The agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demands
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner 
  • Familiar with the basic components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and infrastructure

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $135,000-$165,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
