In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to facilitate communication and ensure project success.
- Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, initiation, and management of technical projects. Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Facilitate effective communication among project team members.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure that all project-related information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders at various levels. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in project management, software development, or a related technical field. Internships or project-based experience in technical program management is a plus.• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Project, or Trello is preferred.• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus but not required.
