- Your responsibilities will include coordinating large-scale experiments, optimizing model performance, oversight on vendor contract management and ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions.
- As a key member of the team, you will also be instrumental in driving innovation, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in AI and ML at Figma.

- Experience operating in ambiguity, shepherding product, process, and/or engineering programs from concept to completion
- The ability to form close, effective stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities and incentives
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

- Strong bias to action, self-motivation and curiosity, with desire to bring people together and deliver high quality results in the constantly evolving growth and excitement of a start-up culture
- Experience building and maintaining automated project dashboards (Coda, Asana, Hex, Datadog) and integrations
- Familiarity with a modern scaled web stack (AWS, Sinatra, React)
