Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including cloud migrations, Agile execution, and M&A integrations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, Agile expertise, and cross-functional coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Execution
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget [
Agile & Delivery Management
  • Run Agile processes including Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospective)
  • Manage Scrum and Kanban boards, backlog tracking, and sprint delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between business, engineering, and leadership
  • Prepare executive reports, status dashboards, and risk updates
Cloud Migration & Transformation
  • Lead cloud migration programs (Cloud-to-Cloud, Azure Tenant-to-Tenant, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for migration planning and execution
  • Ensure alignment with cloud strategy, architecture, and business objectives
Risk, Dependency & Governance Management
  • Track and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across programs
  • Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans
  • Escalate critical risks to leadership and drive resolution across teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination across global and distributed teams
  • Drive day-to-day project communication and governance cadence
M&A Integration (Cloud & IT)
  • Lead post-merger integration programs focusing on cloud and IT systems alignment
  • Coordinate integration across applications, data, and infrastructure
  • Ensure smooth transition, minimal disruption, and business continuity
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program / Project Management
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Project planning, execution, and governance
    • Stakeholder and executive communication
  • Proven experience in cloud migration programs (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments
Preferred
  • Experience in M&A / post-merger IT integration
  • Certifications: PMP / CSM / SAFe / PMI-ACP
  • Experience with tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence

Skills Required
