As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Asset and Wealth Management, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities
  • Leads the delivery of transformational Agentic AI initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive project plans that incorporate advanced technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with AI adoption, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum and integrity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams-including engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders-to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the Global Private Bank's strategic goals.
  • Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning and data-driven insights to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and AI model performance.
  • Champions the adoption of agile methodologies, AI best practices, and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the team.
  • Drives change management and stakeholder engagement for transformational AI programs, ensuring successful integration and adoption across the organization.
  • Manages effectively with a team-first attitude, fostering trust, open communication, and shared success.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Deep technical fluency in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and data engineering, including experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable scalable, on-demand access to applications and services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with demonstrated success in delivering transformational technology programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning, problem-solving techniques, and data-driven decision-making to break down complex business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
  • Experience with regulatory, ethical, and risk management considerations in deploying AI solutions within financial services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience leading large-scale AI transformation programs in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, generative AI, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in global banking environments.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, PMI-ACP).
  • Incessant curiosity and drive to learn about new technologies that are on the bleeding edge, with a passion for continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Comfortable operating in a team tasked with achieving moon shots-ambitious, transformational goals that push the boundaries of what's possible.
