About the role

This is a net-new function. As the team nearly doubles to operate a 10,000+ GPU, multi-region cloud with highly interdependent subsystems, you will own the end-to-end R&D delivery process and be accountable for the overall program shipping on time — covering scheduling, milestones, dependencies, risk, and cross-team / cross-region coordination.

What you will be responsible for:

• Own the end-to-end R&D delivery process across all capability domains and regions — from intake and planning through execution to release — and be accountable for the program’s on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan and master schedule; track milestones and the critical path, and drive corrective action whenever delivery dates are at risk.
• Define and continuously improve the delivery process and cadence (intake → planning → development → validation → release), with clear gates and definition-of-done.
• Manage cross-team and cross-region dependencies; proactively surface and unblock execution risks before they slip the schedule.
• Run program rituals (planning, status, risk and milestone reviews) and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, status, and changes.
• Provide delivery visibility to leadership — status, risks, and forecast vs. plan — and escalate decisively.
• Coordinate multi-region rollout sequencing with engineering leads.

How you will stand out:

• 5+ years technical program / project management in infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale systems.
• Proven cross-functional, multi-team program delivery.
• Strong dependency / risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Technical background sufficient to engage with infra / platform engineers.
• Large infrastructure build-out or multi-region program experience a plus.
