Intellipro is hiring on behalf of a top-tier global tech giant's robotics team, developing next-generation robotic dexterous hands, tactile sensing, and intelligent manipulation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hardware program management from R&D through mass production (NPI), driving schedules, milestones, and cross-functional execution.
- Manage China ODM suppliers and joint R&D efforts, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost targets.
- Coordinate across hardware engineering, firmware, supply chain, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hardware program management / NPI experience, with complete product lifecycle from R&D to mass production.
- Experience with China ODM supplier management and joint R&D.
- Consumer electronics or hardware background welcome.
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
- On-site role in Sunnyvale, CA.
