Job Description
Lead a highly matrixed, cross functional team towards the development, design, validation and qualification of NAND flash memory components across multiple phases of the product life cycle. Responsible for the timely delivery the program to the agreed-upon specifications and within the allocated budgets. Manages Projects or programs where consistent decisions are made that have a global or long-lasting impact on the business, reputation, posture or image of the organization. Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Has decision making authority at the program level. Sets direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical need vs business impact with a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape & guard rails of the business. Is the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Oversees identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs; communicates expectations to core team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals. Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. Prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions. Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals. Has an advanced understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion. Works effectively with internal and external stakeholders to get approvals and buy-in as appropriate.

Qualifications
Program manager responsible for driving execution from planning to launch/ramp for Data Center SSD products by working with cross functional teams. Responsible for maintaining and managing product feature and schedule plan of record.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the following: Product development of a storage or memory component, data center, client, memory, phone, or other equivalent product (IT experience doesn't qualify).
- Functional areas of the product development
- Strong familiarity with the silicon design and development process and methodology
- Technical product development engineering management and customer enablement
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with engineering management
- Basic understanding of products development and high-volume manufacturing, technical concepts, product architecture, system design, development methods, SPC
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background in either EE or ME. Mechatronics background is a plus
- Program/Project management experience
- Ability to work across companies and across groups within the company
- Experienced in setting up program/project schedules
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $130,190 to $252,010. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
