In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, including scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
  • Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and performance indicators
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across platforms, systems, and delivery models
  • Identify dependencies, manage risks proactively, and support clear, data-informed decision-making
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with user needs
  • Serve as a connector across content, engineering, UX, and IT teams to enable shared understanding and alignment
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support Agile delivery by aligning program priorities with team execution and backlog management
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and governance
  • Drive innovation in documentation technologies, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Lead adoption of new tools, processes, and standards across teams
  • Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and feedback loops

  • Familiarity with enterprise content management systems, documentation platforms, or similar technologies
  • Exposure to data-driven solutions, automation, or AI-enabled technologies
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes in evolving environments
