As a Technical Program Manager III in Asset and Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Your primary responsibilities will involve breaking down requirements into incremental business deliveries and leveraging your database knowledge to navigate the complexities of data collection from multiple sources. You will be tasked with validating data and assessing its impact on both requirements and delivery. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will empower you to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of sprint and release plans, as well as risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, assess data driven impact, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Create Epics, stories and keeping the documentation up-to-date and manage changes to requirements per process
- Develop use cases, and partner with the business to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing and implementation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Solutions Analysis, Technical Program Delivery, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with RDBMS such as MSSQL/PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB/Cassandra is a must.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
- High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices
- Cloud certification such as AWS, Terraform is preferred
- Experience in Micro services, Spring boot is preferred
