THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager II to support operational excellence across our agile product development organization as we continue to scale as the premier customer insights partner for enterprises. Our solutions empower businesses to understand their customers’ perspectives—so they can make smarter decisions and drive real business results. Strong coordination, clear priorities, and effective delivery practices are essential to that success.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with product and technical leaders and cross-functional delivery teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will support initiatives spanning multiple agile teams within a defined area of the organization. You will empower teams by helping them navigate dependencies, improve visibility, and strengthen how work gets planned and delivered—supported by effective tooling, meaningful metrics, and clear communication.

This is a role well-suited for someone with solid program management experience who enjoys working across teams, influencing without authority, and enabling others to do their best work.

RESPONSIBILITIESProgram & Delivery Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve planning, coordination, and delivery consistency.

  • Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams.

  • Identify, track, and help mitigate dependencies, risks, and impediments.

  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making through clear communication and thoughtful influence.

Agile Practices & Continuous Improvement
  • Support teams in applying effective planning and delivery practices, providing guidance on Agile frameworks and best practices.

  • Facilitate retrospectives, team health checks, and continuous improvement conversations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on how teams plan, execute, and collaborate as they grow.

Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to review progress, priorities, and upcoming initiatives.

  • Help align delivery expectations across teams and ensure shared understanding of priorities.

  • Work closely with delivery teams to support sprint planning, execution, and readiness.

  • Assist with cross-team coordination to reduce delivery risk and improve outcomes.

Metrics, Tooling & Enablement
  • Support the definition and ongoing use of delivery and engineering metrics (e.g., cycle time, DORA) to support data-informed decisions.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.

  • Configure, administer, and optimize productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Support additional tools used for product planning and engineering insights.

  • Provide guidance on tooling usage, access, and data quality.

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to support tooling and process improvements.

  • Learn and become proficient in new tooling as process and business needs evolve 

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3–6 years of experience in agile technical program management, engineering operations, or related roles

  • Experience working with cross-functional software delivery teams

  • Experience with release coordination across multiple teams

  • Proficiency with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Experience using Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence or similar tools used for product planning or engineering analytics

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and interdependencies

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills

  • Experience using metrics to support planning and continuous improvement

  • Vendor relationship, contract, and renewal management experience

  • Experience supporting mergers or acquisitions
