Job Title- Technology Management Lead, VP

Location - Pune, India

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will manage the complex Cloud Implementation Portfolio into Deutsche Bank strategic cloud-based Identity and Access Management solution of Deutsche Bank.

The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions: Joiners, Movers, Leavers. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.

The strategic IAM cloud based platform – Accessio was live in 2023, result of the migration of the Access Lifecycle Solutions Services (Request, Approval, Provisioning and Recertification) from onPrem to Cloud or Day 1.

On top of this, we initiated the sub-program to runs various projects, to implement new functions, processes directly to Accessio, which driven by audit requirement or enhancements. This is called Day 2.

Your key responsibilities

Program Planning and Roadmap Development:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed program roadmap, aligning with business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scopes, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Prioritize projects and features based on impact, resources, and strategic alignment, ensuring program objectives are clearly communicated and achievable.

End-to-End Program / Project Management:

  • Manage each phase of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Utilize agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Establish comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Track progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving requirements.
  • Coordinate Dependencies: Manage dependencies across internal teams, external vendors, and other related programs, ensuring alignment and integration.
  • Oversee SDLC Processes: manage the full software development lifecycle using tools such as Jira, ALM, and Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Reporting and Escalation:  serve as the primary escalation point, providing regular status updates and addressing issues with senior management, key stakeholders, regulators.

Technical Consultants

  • Drive Technical Delivery: Understand the business requirements, translate the requirement to the technical deliveries by reviewing design, approving the technical solutions.
  • Problem Solving and Unblocking: Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, consult with Architects and other SME, lead teams to resolve issues.
  • Closely work with Production Support team to ensure smooth deployment and mitigate risk

Vendor management, this includes:

  • Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management, negotiation, sign-off, invoicing.
  • Track the vendor performance to ensure contract deliverables are met.

Your skills and experience

Skills:

  • Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Project, program management certificates such as PMI is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills (English fluent, German is a plus)
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility, and leadership
  • High degree of customer orientation

Experiences:

  • Experience in managing complex IT development program &managing technology of larger, complex IT systems
  • Experience in managing vendor teams, including experience working with the contract negotiation
  • Experience working in Cloud environment and understand the related compliant requirements
  • Experience of access lifecycle systems  (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, admissions/exits)
  • Knowledge of Mainframe access, Active Directory access, and Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
