About the role

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Technical Program Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of the Global Maersk Warehouse Management System (MWMS) training program. This role is instrumental in bridging operational execution with system capability, equipping global teams with the knowledge required to deliver and sustain successful MWMS implementations.

You will drive end-to-end ownership of training governance, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Product, Technical Program Management (TPM), Training and Capability Organization (TCO), and frontline Operations to ensure scalable and consistent enablement across regions. Your work will directly reduce implementation risk, improve system adoption, and elevate Maersk’s warehousing delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the MWMS training program globally - from curriculum design through to delivery, adoption, and measurement.

  • Ensure training completion and effectiveness, using feedback loops and performance metrics to improve outcomes over time.

  • Create a knowledge-sharing culture across the TPM, TCO, and operational teams to improve implementation quality and reduce dependency on reactive support.

  • Support the upskilling of the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) community, including TPM, TCO, and warehouse frontline teams.

  • Collaborate with SMEs to design accurate, engaging, and scalable content and supporting documentation.

  • Deliver training through multiple channels: live remote sessions, in-person workshops, self-paced tools, and recorded videos.

  • Tailor learning to audiences with varying levels of technical depth - from frontline users to regional TPMs.

  • Establish and maintain standards for onboarding, certification, and training documentation globally.

  • Partner with regional TPMs and site leadership to pilot and iterate training based on real-world operational feedback.

  • Track and report training key performance indicators (KPIs) - measuring effectiveness, adoption, and coverage globally.

Critical Experience & Attributes

  • Experience in Warehousing and Distribution - both operational and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge strongly preferred.

  • Prior exposure to MWMS or Maersk Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) platform is highly beneficial; Superuser experience is a plus.

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.

  • Skilled in building collaborative environments and fostering cross-functional alignment.

  • Effective communicator with confidence delivering to both small and large global audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Fluent in English (Advanced); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally 25–50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Learning and Development (L&D), or warehouse implementation roles.

  • Experience managing global programs across functional and regional boundaries.

  • Instructional design capabilities or familiarity with training development tools (e.g., Articulate, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, video editing).

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience evaluating learning effectiveness with data.

If you are passionate about driving impactful training initiatives and enabling teams to succeed in a global environment, we encourage you to apply - we look forward to receiving your application.
