Job Description:
Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting O&M for on-prem network and related services, while in parallel building a new software stack.
Role can be in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.
Here's what you'll need:
- 10+ years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in the following areas:
- Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management.
- Leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees.
- Agile Program Management.
- Client communication and management.
Bonus points if you have:
- Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience.
- CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications.
- IC Customer experience.
Security clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$165,500—$334,200 USD
