Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000*

Role Summary:

The Technical Program Manager for Technology will partner with application owners, product managers, engineers, and business/operations stakeholders on various initiatives. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the various projects of the Technology team, managing the delivery and deployment at Saks. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can conceptualize and drive complex initiatives end to end, with proven experience working cross-functionally with business, operations, and engineering teams. You will be the liaison and bridge the gap between technology and everyone else at Saks. 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar 

• 4-7 years of experience experience in product/program management 

• Experience in Program/Project Management on technical cross-functional projects, Agile/CSM or PMP certifications a plus

• Execution of complex Enterprise platforms to include (SaaS, Cloud, Mainframe, Big Data, Networking, On Prem Infrastructure and InfoSec) 

• Deep experience in delivering eCommerce and Marketing Projects (enterprise level, B2B and B2C) 

• Demonstrated delivery of Web Site Refresh Projects

• Seasoned in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

• Efficient with Jira/Confluence/Monday (or an online Portfolio Project Management Tool)

• Delivery of Platform Migrations (Shopify, Magento, SFCC) 

• Experience delivering API Refresh/Migrations

• Exposure to Performance Enhancement Engagements (SFCC – Sales Force, Akamai, Edge Networking) 

• Experience delivering content management and optimizing efforts for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines, drive budgets and resourcing

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Role Description:

• Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery

• Design and execute processes across teams, products, and services to deliver project scope by utilizing expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations in areas such as cost-benefit, invest-divest, resource forecasting, and impact

• Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams

• Effectively communicate with partner teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on vision, status, and next steps for ongoing development
