We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.

About the role:

At Archer, we are scaling production of our cutting-edge eVTOL Aircraft. This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end execution of manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly programs for electric propulsion systems, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Act as the primary interface across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management
  • Build and manage detailed, task-based schedules (Smartsheet), driving critical path and holding teams accountable to milestones
  • Embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and drive recovery plans to closure
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure build readiness, including material, configuration, and production planning alignment
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps in execution, and implement solutions to improve throughput and reliability
  • Communicate program status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of TPM or NPI experience delivering complex hardware programs
  • Strong understanding of how products are built, with preference for hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience (motors, stators, winding, etc.)
  • Proven ability to drive execution in manufacturing environments—not just track schedules
  • Experience managing detailed schedules and dependencies (Smartsheet or similar tools)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in electric propulsion, electric vehicles, or adjacent industries (aerospace experience not required)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP
  • Experience supporting manufacturing ramp, fabrication, and assembly execution for complex hardware systems
  • Understanding of production environments and factory operations, including floor support and build readiness
