About You:

  • You should have 8 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in technical program or project management, ideally in the data and analytics domain.

  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and MS Project, is essential.

  • You must have proven experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and the ability to tailor Agile processes specifically for data and analytics projects.

  • Expertise in using Jira to manage data project sprints, track tasks, oversee data pipelines, resolve issues, and create dashboards to monitor key metrics is crucial.

  • A solid grasp of data warehousing, big data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), ETL processes, and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) is also required.

  • Additionally, familiarity with modern data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), as well as experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or data science platforms (Databricks), will further enhance your suitability for this role.

  • You should also demonstrate a proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
