GBS Analytics COE - Power Apps Developer
About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Power Apps Developer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Power Apps Developers lies within the newly created Analytics Centre of Excellence within the Global Business Services organization. The Analytics COE has been set up to build, maintain and enhance analytical products for our business to generate actionable insights from data and make better informed decisions. You'll be working on the development, delivery and continuous improvement of Kraft Heinz Analytics Products including Power platform, Automation and Advanced Analytics tools. By using data and analytics, we are looking for a talented individual to provide an understanding of business problems and translate these into requirements & development of analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Power Apps development (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps), Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate
- Automation of business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate and can use various connectors to integrate different systems into the Power Platform.
- Ability to analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Knowledge of PowerApps formulas, development methods, and best practices
- Understand the creation of Dataverse and Dataflow methodologies inclusive of entities/relationships/power query.
- Experience with Microsoft Security Roles and Administration
- Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Office 365 APIs.
- Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.
- In addition to the above, assist in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, and be able to contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Actively analyze and resolve application-based and technical queries.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree. Preference for business, computer science.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an analyst or Power Apps developer. FMCG experience highly desired by not essentials.
- Strong analytical skills
- Language Knowledge: English
- Solid experience building Power Apps or Process Automation solution.
- Hands on experience in Programming Languages such as Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate or any other programming languages.
- Experience in writing SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to understand and translate business problems and logic into solution.
- Ability to simplify complex logic and present clearly to business stakeholders.
- Understanding of numbers, ability to sense check independently.
- Understanding of and working against the importance of managing deadlines
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an Agile Jira team.
