Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Automated Testing & SSO

Locations: Reston, VA or Atlanta, GA or Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS (Onsite/Hybrid)

Concentrix is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. We are committed to delivering secure and seamless user experiences across various platforms. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our testing initiatives and support our Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for multiple web and mobile clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of testing projects, with a strong focus on automated testing using Selenium.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation for testing initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Design automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices in SSO implementation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure enhancement of the testing processes.
• Enhance SSO solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of multiple web and mobile clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automated testing and SSO technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT projects, with a focus on testing.
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium for automated testing.
• Strong understanding of SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience managing projects that support both web and mobile clients.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Technical skills, so they can understand our application and follow our discussions.
