Overview
The Employee Digital Experience team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Role • The Salesforce Technical Program Manager II (TPM L8) is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of complex, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives across multiple teams. This role ensures predictable execution, actively manages dependencies, and drives alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities• Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud with connections into Marketing Cloud, and integration platforms.• Own and maintain multi-team delivery plans aligned to release timelines and business commitments.• Lead SAFe ceremonies and actively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and sequencing across platform, integration, and data domains.• Facilitate decision-making and trade-offs across stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.• Establish and maintain delivery artifacts including RAIDD logs, dependency maps, issue logs, and decision logs.• Ensure alignment between Product (PM-T), Engineering, and Business stakeholders through proactive communication.• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes using metrics, retrospectives, and insights.• Apply Salesforce platform expertise including understanding of declaratives, configurations, data models, integration patterns, and environment strategies to inform delivery execution.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technology programs within a SAFe or other Agile framework.• Prefer experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to drive alignment across diverse groups.• Experience managing dependencies across engineering, platform, and data teams.• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and release-based delivery models.• Ability to use data and metrics to improve delivery predictability and performance.• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows.

Toronto, Canada: $75,000 - $120,000 CAD
