This is a hands-on Technical Program Analyst role supporting the Program Manager during a major re-platforming initiative for a high-growth food-tech company.

You’ll be the first hire in the client’s new Program Office, helping build the infrastructure needed to keep multiple engineering workstreams organized and on track. Your responsibilities will include standardizing technical documentation, maintaining program plans and RAID logs, tracking developer activity and proficiency, documenting metrics, and monitoring timelines, progress, and blockers.

The role can flex between an analyst and PM-type profile, depending on the candidate’s strengths. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working across technical and business teams, building processes from scratch, and turning complex technical information into clear documentation and actionable insights.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, with compensation of up to $4,000 USD/month.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Manager within an engineering or product organization
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Experience setting and communicating standards for engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Confluence, and Jira
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for both engineering and business stakeholders
  • Experience project-managing a workstream, initiative, or small team
  • Self-directed and comfortable building processes from scratch
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Based in LATAM
  • Bonus: Experience with Datadog or ability to quickly understand and document Datadog-based dashboards
  • Bonus: Jellyfish experience or willingness to ramp up quickly
