Ihre Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Betreuung unserer Kunden, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen
• Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Beratung und Verkauf von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten mit dem Kenntnisschwerpunkt Chemie
• Sie stehen unseren Kunden bei der technischen Beratung, vorwiegend telefonisch, aber auch mithilfe anderer Tools wie Chatfunktionalitäten etc. als Problemlöser und Ideengeber bei sämtlichen Fragestellungen zur Verfügung
• Selbständige Erstellung und aktive Nachverfolgung von Angeboten inkl. proaktiver Kundenkommunikation
• Beratung zu erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten mit Schwerpunkt Chemie sowie intensive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
• Pflege und Dokumentation von Kunden- und Angebotsdaten in SAP und CRM-Systemen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, Lieferanten und den Fachbereichen

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. CTA, PTA, Laborant/in) oder Studium der Chemie bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Umgang mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
• Gute bis Fundierte chemische Kenntnissez.B. in den Bereichen Produkte, Markt, Kunden und Lieferanten

• fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) 

• Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen (z.B. SAP von Vorteil), gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sowie Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten

• ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um eine professionelle und exzellente Kundenbetreuung zu ermöglichen 

• strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten 
• Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

• Fähigkeit, selbstständig und effizient in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
