Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist responsible for providing post-sales technical product support. This role involves analyzing customer business needs, developing technical requirements, preparing technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), configuring integrated solutions, and implementing client solutions. As a primary point of contact between customers' technical staff and our development/engineering organization, you will serve as a technical consultant to the sales team, requiring broad knowledge of multiple computer environments and in-depth knowledge of our enterprise products.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customers’ business needs to develop technical requirements.
  • Prepare technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Configure integrated solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Implement client solutions and ensure successful deployment.
  • Act as a primary liaison between customers' technical staff and the enterprise's development/engineering organization.
  • Serve as a technical consultant to the sales team.
  • Work independently or as part of a project team on small to large, complex issues/projects.

  • Occasionally lead projects and coach junior staff.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the high-tech industry and/or IT work, involving product engineering, development, or support functions.
  • Intermediate professional proficiency in managing multiple technical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the enterprise's products.
  • Ability to work on complex issues and projects independently.
