Mobileye is looking for a Technical Product Strategy Manager to lead the definition of next-generation products.
In this role, you will define what products should be built, why they matter, and how they create customer and business value. You will translate customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and technology capabilities into product strategy, product requirements, and long-term roadmaps.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who thrives on strategic thinking, understanding customer challenges, analyzing market trends, and driving product decisions across complex engineering organizations.
You will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of autonomous driving products by connecting customer needs, industry trends, and cutting-edge technology into a clear product vision.
What will your job look like:
- Own and drive the product strategy and long-term roadmap for one of Mobileye's flagship products.
- Define product vision, capabilities, use cases, operational concepts, and success metrics.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that translate product strategy into clear requirements for R&D teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities.
- Drive product decisions and tradeoffs by balancing customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with multidisciplinary R&D teams to define and evolve products.
What we're looking for:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, or a similar role involving complex technology products.
- Strong technical foundation in software, hardware, AI, embedded systems, algorithms, sensors, or other deep-tech domains.
- Experience defining products, translating complex concepts into clear requirements, and working with engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and identify product opportunities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in automotive, semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, defense, or other deep-tech industries is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools to drive product definition and product management activities.
