The Opportunity
Join our team as a dynamic Technical Product Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products! In this exciting position, you will lead the development and communication of technical marketing materials across various Production Systems.
Your focus will be on enhancing the understanding of product and technology value among customers, dealers, and branches. You'll be instrumental in investigating production system requirements, ensuring that our new products and resources align with market needs.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the local development and distribution of technical marketing materials for dealers and customers, including Sales Manuals, Brochures, New Product Launch Centers, Value Selling Guides, and Demo Guides.
  • Work closely with global product line contacts to gather, interpret, and localize technical marketing materials to support the Market Launch Plan (MLP).
  • Ensure that all dealer and customer technical marketing materials are accurate, available, and updated promptly.
  • Manage technical inquiries from dealers and customers, monitor trends in inquiries, and develop resources to address common questions effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into trends and requirements, and communicate these findings to the Production Systems teams.
  • Utilize your knowledge of local market requirements to develop base product specifications in the Master Product Availability (MPA) document during the branch pricing process.
  • Configure and order Branch Limited Production Build equipment and conduct audits for LPB equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager and Product Specialist to identify training needs for new products and opportunities related to Limited Production Build equipment.
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze competitor products, branch lost sales reporting, and other competitive intelligence to develop technical comparison information for distribution to internal staff and dealers.
  • Contribute to advertising campaigns by ensuring that products are accurately represented from both a technical and application perspective.

  • A passion for agriculture and knowledge of agricultural products and their applications.

  • Technical marketing expertise in the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into marketing and sales materials that resonate with our customers.
  • Self-driven with the ability to take initiative, embrace challenges, and adapt to new situations.
  • Attention to detail and resource management experience.


What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience collaborating on a global scale.
  • A background in agriculture will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in product marketing, product management, or similar marketing disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.


Education / Experience:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in technical marketing and project management is essential.
