As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll own the product roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and member experience. This role supports the Mortgage & Member Solutions business domain, partnering with stakeholders to deliver technology that enables critical member-facing and operational capabilities.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to prioritize, design, and deliver system enhancements while ensuring seamless integrations and high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through deployment and continuous improvement—while maintaining strong alignment between business goals and technical execution. Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or similar roles, with a track record of leading technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, including configuration, administration, and system integrations
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product enhancements, from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Background in financial services or regulated environments preferred, with an understanding of compliance and vendor-managed systems
- Must be bondable.
