We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join us to help us expand our service offerings. Our ideal candidate has a solid track record of successful project executions for enterprise applications and will serve as a project coordinator and communicator for all relevant business areas throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

· Lead standard agile development ceremonies and backlog management

· Manage cross-team (dev, design, product, etc.) initiatives

· Translate high level product requirements into detailed requirements and practical work guidelines for engineering teams to follow

· Help scope projects and come up with high-level estimations

· Serve as the single point of contact for project information & status

· Proactively uncover and address issues and open items

· Create and maintain master project schedule in partnership with engineering

· Ensure all project tasks have clear owners (dev and non-dev) and that timelines from inception to rollout are understood and have clear drivers

· Adjust project schedules with Eng leads and communicate impact as plans change

· Run meetings effectively, set agenda, send detailed follow up, and drive to decisions

· Define engineering tactics:

· Work breakdown

· Teams involved

· Reprioritize maintenance backlog

· Define achievable benchmarks

· Complete Transfer of Information (TOI) sessions

Experience, Skills & Education

· 3+ years of experience in project management

· 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B/SaaS organization

· 2+ years of experience in Agile & Scrum processes

· Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills

· Solid knowledge of and practical experience with project management, agile software development, software engineering, designing and developing reliable and scalable web-based, high-volume data applications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience working with multiple geographies using collaboration tools

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field

· Experience with business applications and software development management applications such as Jira, Word, Excel and/or Project

· Experience managing people will be a plus!
