Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

- Translate complex technical topics and sprint outcomes into clear, business-friendly summaries for broader audiences.
- Serve as the voice of the customer (internal and external) across engineering, UX, QA, and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development practices, communication flow, and decision-making clarity.
Technical & Systems Understanding
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and the technical dependencies that support it.
