What experience you need
- 8-10 years of experience
- You are expected / familiar with the following Strong understanding of the product, starting with Equip and IDAMS interactions.
- Familiarity with Stoppress and DSAR
- Daily Standups/internal team meetings: Facilitate/available in all meetings to ensure team alignment.
- Change Requests: Assess the need for new change requests and follow the process to create them.
- SNOW Tickets: Create ServiceNow tickets and follow up for necessary approvals.
