We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our Configuration Management Platform (CMDB) platform, built on Elastic stack and Microsoft Azure. As a Technical Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of a robust, scalable, and secure CMDB that supports 100,000+ connected agents. This platform is integral to our operations and must integrate with our custom-built Change Management System, leveraging Azure-native services.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the direction of the CMDB, owning the product roadmap, and ensuring that technical features align with business needs and user expectations. You will work closely with developers, DevOps, and cloud architects to deliver a high-performing, secure platform that will support over 5,000 users.

Technical Product Owner - CMDB Platform

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our data platform, built on the Elastic Stack and Microsoft Azure. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of a scalable and secure solution that supports 100,000+ connected agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for stakeholders, capturing and translating their requirements into actionable features.
  • Roadmap Development: Define timelines and maintain the product roadmap, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, collaborating with the development team for timely delivery.
  • User-Centric Design: Enhance usability and performance for 5,000+ users, ensuring a secure user experience.
  • Integration Oversight: Facilitate seamless integration between the CMDB and the Change Management System.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Convert business requirements into technical specifications for efficient implementation.
  • Feature Definition: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize impactful features.
  • Performance Focus: Ensure optimal performance for 100,000+ connections.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure features comply with internal security policies and regulations.
  • Release Planning: Coordinate releases and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • KPI Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure the CMDB’s effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to drive product enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Manager in IT infrastructure or large-scale database solutions.
  • Proven track record with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
  • Experience managing infrastructures supporting 100k+ connected agents.
  • Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Product Management certification.
  • Experience with Elastic Cloud and Change Management Systems.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Familiarity with C# and Azure DevOps.
