The Position:
We are looking for a self-driven Technical Product Owner who will be working with DevOps/Data Scientists in delivering value to our customers. 
Every day you will:

The Technical Product Owner is the main contact for business and technical stakeholders. This position will work within the Getac R&D product management domain. The product owner would be responsible for identifying market needs, conducting customer discovery, creating plan, and owning product backlog.


What you might do on a typical day:

  • Collaborate and assist business and technical stakeholders around vision & goal of product while prioritizing product features and coordinating team demo
  • Break down complex problems into manageable tasks, facilitate sprint ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, and ensure timely delivery of product value
  • Ensure product backlog meets customer needs, personas, and use cases to best solve customer problems
  • Enable planning and execution of sprints based on defined and prioritized backlog
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating and refining as necessary
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on sales environments
  • Identify viable potential solutions, and convert them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Validate potential solutions through rapid prototyping and PoC with interna and external stakeholders, and identify the valuable and feasible solution
  • Support and partner with the technical stakeholders in verification and validation of user stories, epics, and features

In your previous experience you:

    • Have working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python
    • Worked on customer discovery, management consulting, software development, or product management and development
    • Planned and executed various product release phases and have continuously delivered to internal and external stakeholders
    • Have used AI/ML concepts such as analytics, annotation, AI model training and validation

    Required Education:

    • B.Sc - Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
    • Minimum 10 Years of Experience or M.Sc with 7 years of experience
    • 7-10 years of experience in product ownership

    Desired Competencies:

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner
    • Proficient in Agile methodology
    • Customer centric & Design thinking
    • Nice to have AI/ML concepts, Python and Power BI
    • Excellent presentation skills to stakeholders (Customer facing)
