We are looking to hire a Technical Product Owner to join an innovative healthcare project for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In this role, you will own the CMS development backlog and requirements across current and future content solutions, translating business and regulatory needs into clear, secure, and testable requirements. You will help drive key decisions around the content platform and support the evolution of content creation, translation, quality assurance, and delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the backlogs for the current and future Content Solutions
• Elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, data integrity, compliance) with end-to-end traceability
• Create and prioritize epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; actively support agile ceremonies, testing, and UAT
• Partner with architecture and engineering team to define content models, workflows, permissions, metadata/taxonomy, localization, and API/data contracts; ensure interoperability and resilience
• Create and maintain audit-ready documentation, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Test teams to ensure delivery readiness and high-quality outcomes
Required Experience & Qualifications
Strong background in systems development with 5+ years of experience in business and/or systems analysis within complex, integration-heavy environments
Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in close collaboration with engineering teams
Proven ability to create clear, concise, and testable requirements, including well-defined acceptance criteria
Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
