You manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Digital Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.
How you will contribute
You will manage the employee services community in the service center and onshore in countries and manage the relationships between delivery teams and internal customers. To excel in this role, you will report on service-center performance and lead reviews with the functional leadership team and key stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to global service management agenda and integrate our global scale using simplified and standardized processes and technologies. As part of this job, you will oversee the employee services center's annual budget; handle local change requests and follow the global employee services governance framework to keep local documentation updated and compliant; manage suppliers delivering services for the processes; and identify service improvements to continuously improve the quality of the service provided. As a people leader, you will training employees and lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver the employee services agenda.

The Technical Product Owner Payroll supports system activities in Payroll area, including analysis, design and implementation of system changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies, internal controls and Technology standards.
Working in a cross-functional environment, the Technical Product Owner Payroll will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to optimize strategical and tactical solutions, translating business needs into functional requirements.
You will define what the capability must achieve and how success will be measured and ensure that solutions are robust, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver, ensuring accurate transition to sustain.
To succeed in this role, you must understand interaction points in an integrated ERP system (i.e. Workday and Payroll Strategical partners), standalone, SAAS (Software as a service), and control systems, effectively interacting with senior management from business and technology disciplines to keep them informed and to present highly complex solutions.

Experience required:
  • Project Management skills - being able to work and coordinate between core project teams, Workstreams such as Talent Acquisition, Work and Life, People Experience, MyPay team and others during the course of the project. Manage toll gate deliverables and record project financials on a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder Management - prepare status updates via 4box template, organize and present during steering committee meetings, escalate issues and concerns on a timely manner.
  • Vendor Management - ensures work delivered by our 3rd party partners are in line with project timeline. Work with Mondelez Procurement and budget holders with the vendor's Account Managers on the commercial stage of the project.
  • Portfolio Management - maintaining and managing upcoming and current projects in MSPO (Mondelez project and budget tracking system)
  • Background and Knowledge in People services solutions: Good foundational in key applications such as Workday, Service Now, Payroll Systems, Integrations between Workday, time attendance with Payroll and SAP GL/eBanking. Knowledge in SAP and Infor Time Attendance is a plus.
  • Functional process knowledge: Good business process knowledge in the areas of payroll and cross functions related (Compensations, Accounting, Onboarding, Career Live, etc)
  • Other projects - participate in regular Information Security initiatives such as migration to latest Windows Server OS and MS SQL; migration from Azure to AWS environment, Single Sign On/Multifactor Authentication and updating of CMDB (Mondelez Application Inventory Library).

Key role considerations:
  • Solid experience on ADP Payroll vendor solutions, implementing and supporting.
  • Experience on GV payroll project implementation, for top 500's or CPG.
  • Inbound payroll integration, such as Time and Attendance systems or Workday integration via G2 format or similar.
  • Payroll outbound integration to SAP General Ledger (solid background in Payroll Accounting).
  • Technical background on STP connectivity, host to host, and vendor to vendor, idoc integration to SAP.
