Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
- Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
- Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
- Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
- Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
- Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics
Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings
- Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools
- Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial functions
