Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and management of a portfolio of web-based products for American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). This role requires strong collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences that support clients, vendors, and internal business partners. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong relationship management skills and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for a portfolio of GBT corporate websites and digital platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and priorities.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in an Agile development environment.
  • Maintain platform security, vendor management, and company branding standards in line with GBT policies
  • Drive delivery of scalable, high-performing web platforms and customer-facing digital products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, client management, and product to ensure product solutions support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support product launches, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product management.
  • Experience managing web platforms or digital product portfolios using content management systems such as WordPress
  • Understanding of API integrations and modern web architectures.
  • Experience managing multiple websites or digital channels within a product portfolio.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical architectures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, or digital performance measurement.
