Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own production-critical product areas alongside engineering teams.

This role sits close to the systems that power our platform. You’ll work on products that are live, used by real customers, and expected to behave correctly under failure, scale, and operational pressure.

This is not a roadmap-only or stakeholder-only PM role. You’ll be involved in on-call, incident response, and post-mortems, and you’ll help shape how our systems evolve safely over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product areas that are live and operationally critical
  • Work directly with engineers on scoping, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
  • Help drive post-mortems and ensure learnings turn into real system improvements
  • Test and validate changes before release
  • Balance delivery, reliability, and risk — not just feature output
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience owning products or systems that run in production
  • Comfort working with engineers on technical tradeoffs and system behavior
  • Experience with incidents, failures, or on-call environments
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity and pressure
  • Clear, pragmatic communication

You don’t need:

  • prior telco experience
  • a “Technical PM” title
  • to be the most technical person in the room

We care about ownership, judgment, and reliability thinking.

Nice to Have (but not required)
  • Former software engineering background
  • Experience with platforms, infrastructure, payments, or messaging
  • Experience writing or reviewing code
Why Telnyx

You’ll work on real systems with real impact, alongside teams that value:

  • thoughtful decision-making
  • operational ownership
  • calm, pragmatic collaboration
