Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our team. Technical Product Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI and Process Automation solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards and automated workflows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI and Automation solutions.

  • Manage product roadmaps by aligning technical solutions with business priorities and strategic goals -> you can kindly modify this as you see fit

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses.

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of BI and process automation solutions.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.

  • Continuously improve BI processes and solutions based on feedback and changing business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a BI Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, DAX and PySpark

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience in managing product roadmaps, as this is a TPM role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
