We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our team. Technical Product Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI and Process Automation solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards and automated workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI and Automation solutions.
Manage product roadmaps by aligning technical solutions with business priorities and strategic goals -> you can kindly modify this as you see fit
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of BI and process automation solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
Continuously improve BI processes and solutions based on feedback and changing business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, DAX and PySpark
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in managing product roadmaps, as this is a TPM role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
