The Role

Browzwear is the leading provider of 3D fashion design, development, and merchandising solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize the apparel industry with our truly disruptive 3D technology, providing the exact tools needed to exploit the extensive opportunities in the market to achieve that goal. We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies in the industry.

As a Technical Product Manager focused on Automation & Integrations, you will own a portfolio of integrations, customer-specific automations, and internal workflow capabilities.

The role focuses on solving real customer problems, identifying patterns across requests, and evolving bespoke solutions into scalable, standardized capabilities over time. You will work closely with engineering and stakeholders to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform value.

  • Define and maintain a prioritized initiative portfolio for automation and integrations, balancing customer-specific needs, internal efficiency improvements, and long-term scalability.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate automation and integration requests to determine when to deliver customer-specific solutions versus when to invest in reusable, productized capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and relevant market trends to inform prioritization and long-term evolution of automation and integration capabilities.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support development efforts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Identify recurring patterns across integrations and automations and drive their standardization into reusable frameworks, APIs, or platform features.
