About your new role:

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in SaaS operations, internal tools, and enterprise workflows to lead the strategy and execution of our next-generation platform solutions. In this role, you'll drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that power billing, finance, provisioning, and internal efficiency, ensuring our teams and customers benefit from seamless, scalable, and reliable experiences. If you're passionate about building the systems that keep SaaS businesses running—from billing engines and user provisioning to internal tooling—this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for internal platforms, billing/finance systems, and provisioning tools that enable operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to deliver scalable solutions for customer onboarding, account provisioning, billing automation, and revenue recognition.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points in internal workflows, then design and prioritize product improvements that maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to ensure internal tools are intuitive, user-friendly, and empower employees to work effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, prioritization, product launches, and iterative improvements.
  • Define and monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to guide roadmap decisions and ensure operational reliability.
  • Stay current with best practices in SaaS billing, provisioning, compliance, and internal tooling to keep our products modern, compliant, and competitive.

What you'll need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fields (MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SaaS internal tools, billing/finance platforms, provisioning systems, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS billing models, revenue recognition workflows, and integrations with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe).
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable provisioning, access control, or identity management systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architectures.
  • Strong experience in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale operational products/tools that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
