Technical Product Manager
The Role
Join Fidelity Labs, our in-house new business incubator, as the Technical Product Manager for a SaaS platform in the charitable industry. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative. The organization deeply values design.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading the product delivery and business requirement execution on the product team in tight coordination with technology and oversight partners
Consulting with the product lead, with customers and other stakeholders to inform the product strategy
Helping to define the design work, support design sprint, user testing, and feature refinement
Supporting customer success and product operations, using metrics and measures to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Product Experience: 5+ years of experience in product development / execution with the ability to drive tactical initiatives, through implementation, of a product strategy/roadmap
Delivery Excellence: Excellent proven requirements analysis, story writing, validation, and product deployment and business readiness/product support; experience in measurement, metrics, and business intelligence reporting to support prioritization and decision making around the product
Customer-Centric Thinking: You understand financial concepts and the ability to articulate the customer’s needs to business partners
Adaptability: Proven time management, organizational, and decision-making skills to thrive in a nimble and innovative environment
