Main responsibilities:
- Technical ownership of the Core Security Products
- Lead the definition of the technical specifications and product roadmap, translating both functional and non-functional requirements into comprehensive technical documentation.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary development teams—including electronics, firmware, and mechanical—guiding them through product design and resolution of technical challenges.
- Support cross-functional teams (QA, IT, etc.) during product integration and certification phases.
- Manage the technical implications of strategic initiatives and contribute to a successful product launch.
- Setup and lead technical workshops to design and document the architecture of new products.
- Ensure that designs meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including quality and timeline expectations.
- Support regulatory certification processes and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- BS in Telecommunications or electronics Engineering or related field, preferably M.Sc.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing embedded products
- Proven experience in full-cycle product development — from concept to market adoption.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
